Withdrawal from Discovery FX account (Bank transfer)
This is a withdrawal instruction from Discovery FX account to your bank account.
To withdraw from a Discovery FX account, your identity verification documents must be submitted and approved.
The method of submitting documents is posted here.
No handling fee for withdrawals.
Customers are responsible for paying the handling fees of financial institutions and settlement companies.
1. Withdrawal page
After logging in, select "TRANSFERS" from the menu at the top of the page.
Next, select "Withdraw Funds" on the right menu.
2. Select a Discovery FX account for withdrawal
For "From Account", specify your withdrawal Discovery FX account.
If you have more than one account, select one for your withdraw at a time.
3. Enter your bank account information
"To Account" should be your bank account.
If this is your first deposit account, select "Add a new bank account" (it will be saved as an option for your next withdrawal).
・If you added a bank account for deposit, it will show as an option.
4. Enter deposit account information (for "Adding a new bank account")
This is the explanation when adding a bank account for the first time (if the existing bank account is selected, 5. Go to "Set quantity").
Enter your bank account information.
When you're done, tap "Add Remittance Source".
・Enter any hint for "Source name". To identify them later.
5. Set the amount
Enter the amount you want to withdraw from Discovery FX account to your bank account.
・The currency unit will be displayed after the input field in conjunction with the account specified in "2. Set up a withdrawal account for Discovery FX".
6.Submit
Tap "Submit" when you're done.
・"Notes" is not required.
7. Confirmation withdrawal
When "6. Submit" is completed, the above screen will be displayed.
You will receive a notification by e-mail (title: Withdrawal Request Received).
Approval will be performed by customer support center.
After approval, you will receive a notification by e-mail (title: Notification of Withdrawal) and you can confirm the payment in the corresponding Discovery FX account in about 2 business days.
・Withdrawal fee is free.
・All approvals will conduct during business hours.
・The withdrawal will consume 2 business days.
・You can check your withdrawals from recent activity on your DASHBOARD, MY ACCOUNTS, Transaction History of TRANSFERS, etc.
