How to install and log in MetaTrader5
We will explain how to install and log in to MetaTrader 5 if you select "MetaTrader 5" when opening an account.
After the installation please check Add MetaTrader5 accounts page.
To install MetaTrader 5, you need to receive an email notification (title: trading account login information) after the customer support center approves your account.
Customer support center approval procudure will be handled during business hours.
1. Confirm MY ACCOUNTS
After logging in, select "MY ACCOUNTS" from the menu at the top of the page.
・The Trading Account of the account currency selected at the time of opening the account is displayed in the Accounts List.
2. Select Account
Tap on the account you want to trade.
3. Download MetaTrader5
Tap the Download in "MetaTrader5" of "Account Platform" to download the file.
4. Install MetaTrader5
Tap the downloaded file and install it in your environment.
When the installation is completed, the “Done” button will be activated, so tap it to finish the installation.
・The location of the downloaded file differs depending on your environment and browser settings.
5. Check the operation of MetaTrader5 (login)
MetaTrader 5 will start when the installation is completed.
Please select "Discovery Forex Limited" from the list and tap "Next".
In "Open an account", select "Connect with an existing trading account".
Enter the "Login" and "Password" described in the email notification (title: trading account login information).
Please select "Discovery Forex-Real" (not a Demo server) for "Server".
Tap "Finish" and check if MetaTrader 5 works.
・ Customer's MetaTrader5 account is created by customer support and you will be notified by an e-mail (title: trading account login information), and please select "Connect with existing trading account".
