Transfer to Discovery FX account (Bank transfer)
This is a method to transfer money from your bank account to Discovery FX account.
Please refer here for remittance in Japan.
No handling fee for deposits.
Customers are responsible for paying the handling fees of financial institutions and settlement companies.
1. Display the deposit page
After logging in, select "TRANSFERS" from the menu at the top of the page.
・If "TRANSFERS" is already selected, click "TRANSFERS" again. Or click "Fund Account" on the right menu.
2. Set up your withdrawal account
For "From Account", let's specify your bank account.
If you want to specify your bank account as the withdrawal account for the first time, select "Add a new bank account".
3. Enter your withdrawal account information
This is an instruction for customer assigning the first withdrawal account. (If you have selected an existing bank account, proceed to “4. Set up a deposit account for Discovery FX”.)
Enter your bank account information.
Click "Add Source" when you're done.
・Enter any text for "Source name" to identify them later.
4. Set up a deposit account for Discovery FX
Specify the account created by opening an account for "To Account".
・If you have added a Discovery FX deposit account, you can also select it.
5. Set the amount
Enter the amount you want to transfer to your Discovery FX account from your bank account.
・The currency unit will be displayed after the input field in conjunction with the account specified in "4. Set up a deposit account for Discovery FX".
6. Set up a broker account
Choose "****** - Hong Kong".
7.Submit
Click "Submit" when you're done.
・"Note" is not required.
8. Confirmation payment to Discovery FX account
When "7. Submit" is completed, the above screen will be displayed.
You will receive a notification by e-mail (title: Payment notification accepted). Please proceed with the deposit procedure according to the contents in the email.
After completing the payment procedure, approval will be performed at the customer support center. After approval, you will receive a notification by e-mail (title: Notification of payment) and you can confirm the payment in the corresponding Discovery FX account.
・All approvals will be handled during business hours.
・You can check the deposit of your Discovery FX account with Recent Activity on DASHBOARD, MY ACCOUNTS, TRANSFERS - Transaction History, etc.
9.Notification of Payment (Email)
An email (title: Payment notification accepted) will be sent to you when the deposit is approved by the Customer Support Center. Please confirm the deposit with your Discovery FX account and proceed to "Transfer funds between accounts".
10.MetaTrader 4 Trading Account Information (Email)
When the payment is confirmed, the login information of MetaTrader 4 trading account (title: trading account login information) will be sent.Click here for information of installing MetaTrader 4.
